This Saturday is the first farmers market of 2022 at Maxwell’s. Due to the concerning rise in covid cases throughout the state, we have made the decision to shorten our market hours as we did last season. The new hours for the farmers market are 10:00 - 1:00. Come shopping her for local, fresh, delicious food and shopping at the market.
Enjoy shopping from fifteen local farms and small businesses inside our green house and two food trucks in our parking lot. National Sharpening Co. will be back this week to sharpen your knives, scissors and garden tools. Drop your items to be sharpened off at National Sharpening Co’s van, which will be parked in front of the greenhouse. They will be sharpened while you shop inside at the market.
Entrance to the greenhouse will be through the main store so we can more easily control the number of shoppers and no one will have to wait outside in the cold if a line is required to ensure there is sufficient room for social distancing in the greenhouse! The air vents in the greenhouse will remain open for fresh air ventilation. Please be assured we will still be taking all the necessary precautions to keep all our shoppers and vendors safe throughout this season. Please note that the greenhouse doors will be opened for customers unable to safely use the stairs in our store.
Our Vendor Pre-Order Page contains direct links to all the vendors for easy ordering as well as all dates attending listed for each vendor. Pre-ordering is the best option to ensure you will not be disappointed if the vendor sells out at the market!
